Generally we perform a full hardware/software diagnostic of any computer that comes in for repair. This includes testing hard disk, memory, memory controller, chipset, CPU, graphics chipset or GPU, optical drive, and any other available peripheral hardware. We then put the system through a full scan for viruses, spyware, malware, and trojans and generate several startup reports to diagnose any possible software issues.

If the issue is hardware we have in stock hard disk drives, optical drives, memory, processors (CPUs), and other equipment. We also perform a wide range of software repairs for both Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and even Windows Server 2003/2008. If you are getting error messages, have startup problems, or a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) we can help get the problem sorted.
